In the context of Made in China 2025 and Industry 4.0,the construction of intelligent factories is gradually becoming a new driving force for the development of manufacturing enterprises. As an important component of intelligent factories,AS/RS is also in a rapid development stage. However,in the rapid development process,AS/RS projects have encountered problems such as short project cycles, vague and varied initial customer needs during the design phase. Therefore, how to quickly design AS/RS projects that meet customer needs is of great significance for industry development. This thesis starts with a series of issues that occurred during the design process of Company A’s Y AS/RS project, such as project design cycles exceeding customer expectations, and project delivery content not responding to customer demand changes in a timely manner.Firstly, based on Company A’s current progress in Y AS/RS project management, customer demand response status, and other data, combined with the differences between Y AS/RS project and other projects of Company A that did not have similar problems,After analyzing the specific reasons for the current problems faced by Company A,it was found that there are internal problems such as low team communication efficiency, inconsistent project application tools, unreasonable workflow, and unreasonable task allocation methods. The main direction and goals that need to be optimized in this study are clarified,in order to better serve the Y AS/RS project.Secondly, this thesis combines agile management methods and characteristics to analyze the applicability of agile management methods to the Y AS/RS project.By utilizing agile management methods, the communication and workflow of the agile team in the Y AS/RS project were optimized.New management tools such as user stories, burndown charts, and project agent lists have been added to the team,as well as homework tools such as design standards, standard element libraries, and equipment capacity calculation tables. For the execution of the sprint phase of the project,a task allocation model is constructed, and the estimated time and the difference between personnel and task capability values are added to the cost calculation to quantitatively allocate the tasks generated by each update of the Y AS/RS project. And through specific practice, the feasibility of applying agile management methods in AS/RS project was verified. This thesis constructs a reference model for agile management of Y AS/RS project and a task allocation model for the sprint stage, refining the implementation methods of the sprint process in agile management methods, and providing some experience reference for the design and management of similar AS/RS projects.
