The high-speed rail reducer is a transmission with speed matching and torque transmission on the high-speed train.Because of its special use,it requires high availability in the design,production and use stages of the high-speed reducer.Z company high-speed rail reducer has a total of 48 types of spare parts,there are problems of long spare parts application time,spare parts holding cost and high cost of out-of-stock.The reason is that on the one hand,because of the chaotic classification of spare parts,there is no spare parts classification management in the spare parts inventory management.On the other hand,because there is no failure probability data of spare parts,the spare parts ordering decision cannot be supported,but the single method relies on the empirical method for spare parts procurement..In this regard,the paper studies the following contents:(1)Classification and identification of important spare parts for Z company high-speed rail reducer spare parts.The traditional ABC classification is carried out according to the ratio of the spare part amount to the total spare part amount and the proportion of the spare parts to the total spare parts;then the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to classify the A and B spare parts twice,and the economics and procurement lead time are selected.Five key factors of key,annual turnover rate and supply difficulty level,and quantify the key factors and supply difficulty factors that are difficult to quantify,and finally divide the high-speed rail reducer spare parts into four categories according to the importance: not important Spare parts C,important spare parts D,more important spare parts E and general spare parts F.(2)Forecasting the failure of important spare parts for high-speed rail reducers.By analyzing the fault data of important spare parts axles,it is determined that the important spare parts fault of the high-speed rail reducer obeys the Weibull distribution.The maximum likelihood estimation method is used to calculate the Weibull distribution shape parameter of 1.0912,the proportional parameter is 73.4875,and the reliability is determined.The feature quantity finally passed the hypothesis test of the Weibull parameter.(3)Established an important spare parts ordering model based on the availability of high-speed rail reducers.Based on the Weibull distribution of the high-speed reducer spare parts failure probability,based on the existing usability study,the preventive maintenance time is added,and then the total cost per unit time is taken as the objective function,and the availability of the high-speed reducer is satisfied.The constraints are analyzed and the example is analyzed with the axle as an example.This paper provides a reference for the optimization of spare parts inventory of Z company high-speed rail reducer.
