| In 2020,the construction of a modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics has opened a new era and entered a new chapter. The all-round development of China’s society and economy has brought more opportunities for China’s railway transportation construction, but also put forward newer and higher requirements for the development of railway transportation.China’s small and medium-sized railway station is an important node of the railway transportation network, with the characteristics of large number and wide distribution. With the continuous construction of the railway transportation network, the construction of small and medium-sized railway station is also facing new challenges and opportunities. In the past, the construction of "four horizontal and four vertical" railway transportation network improved and developed China’s large-scale new railway stations to a certain extent. Now,the construction of "eight horizontal and eight vertical" railway network in the new era provides conditions and opportunities for the upgrading and transformation of small and medium-sized railway stations.Railway station is not only an important part of railway transportation, but also an important window for a city’s external connection, which is closely related to the quality of people’s travel. However, due to the unbalanced geographical location and regional economic development, there are great differences in the travel experience of small and medium-sized railway stations in China. How to adapt to the development of modern transportation and provide passengers with a comfortable and convenient travel experience is an important technical problem that needs to be solved. This study takes the small and medium-sized railway stations as the main research object, focusing on the small and medium-sized railway stations of Beijing Baotou line in China. From the perspective of passengers, this paper constructs a post use evaluation model from three aspects of passengers’ space experience, behavior experience and quality experience This paper studies the post use evaluation of railway passenger station from three aspects: Streamline efficiency and service perfection. This research process is divided into three stages: theoretical research, field research and case evaluation.Firstly,in the theoretical stage, the paper analyzes the behavior and psychological characteristics of passengers, the spatial perception of passengers to railway stations and the relevant points of post use evaluation theory, which provides a theoretical basis for the establishment of post use evaluation model;Secondly,in the investigation stage, through the information collection and field investigation of six small and medium-sized railway stations located in the Beijing Baotou high-speed line and the ordinary high-speed line, the Richter scale method is used to investigate the passenger satisfaction of each station, and the investigation data is applied to the SPSS software for analysis and collation,so as to provide data support for the establishment of the post evaluation system and the evaluation of actual cases; Finally,in the case evaluation stage,in addition to the more common analytic hierarchy process, the TOPSIS method is also introduced into the post use evaluation of small and medium-sized railway stations.Through the calculation of the relevant data of the sample stations, the advantages and disadvantages of each station and the distance from the positive and negative ideal solution are put forward.Based on the case study of post use evaluation, the paper puts forward relevant optimization suggestions from three aspects of spatial layout, streamline organization and supporting services. |
