With the globalization of economic development,the volumes of import and export trade continues to expand,the impact of foreign products on Chinese market deepens,and technical barriers become the first problem facing Chinese manufacturing industry.In this environment,domestic large manufacturing plants with mature industrial system and early transformation and upgrading can still resist pressure and accelerate the r&d progress;But relatively backward small and medium-sized enterprises have been difficult because of facing high production costs and fierce market competition.In fact,it is not difficult to find that how to effectively reduce the production cost of products is the key for enterprises to win in the competition,but also the core of the company to promote improvement.In this paper,the EV cell assembly line in the assembly workshop of C-Company is taken as the research object.Firstly,the assembly process of EV cell is investigated on site to understand the running state of the assembly line,the workshop layout of the assembly line and the priority constraints between each process.Determine the process logic,work measurement method to collect the key parameters of each process and combining Flexsim software online modeling and simulation was carried out on the assembly line,it is concluded that the running state of each process and fast evaluation of assembly line production capacity at the same time,to compare the assessment results and actual production after determining the reliability of the modeling and simulation.Then the process state table and production line statistics table of Flexsim output are analyzed in depth.It is found that the bottleneck restricting line balance is ultrasonic welding process of anode and cathode,winding process and Mylar process.Finally using the theory of industrial engineering related research to analyze the three process optimization,eliminate waste,repetition and blocked in the process of than,use Flexsim again for assembly line balancing optimization scheme for modeling and simulation,the results show that it is better to improve,production line for other enterprises rapid optimization,alleviate the pressure of the market have a certain reference significance.
