Research On The Location Of Catering Base For Ordinary Passenger Trains

Railway is the artery of national economic development,and also a way of transportation which the public is very fond of.In recent years,the rapid development of high-speed rail makes more and more people prefer high-speed rail travel.However,the existing ordinary passenger train is still the main mode of transportation chosen by the public travel in China due to its low fare,high security,strong punctuality and wide access range.However,in recent years,the level of railway catering service has been criticized by passengers.The price of the difference,the mixed quality,the worrying food safety,and the low income of the dining car are becoming more and more serious.Scholars began to consider reforming the existing railway catering mode.Based on the relevant theories of logistics industry and catering industry,this paper proposes the idea of canceling the ordinary passenger train and dining car according to the specific actual situation and investigation conclusion.The high-speed railway catering mode is adopted,namely,the box meal is distributed from the ground,and the railway department purchases and distributes uniformly,and constructs the catering base of ordinary passenger train,The box meal distribution is carried out in the station with demand by the way of railway transportation.This paper studies the location of the catering base of ordinary passenger trains.(1)The feasibility of the implementation of the catering base of ordinary passenger trains is analyzed in detail.Combined with the actual situation,the relationship between the size of the catering base and the factors such as the preparation point and functional level is studied.Finally,the spatial layout structure analysis diagram of the catering base is obtained.(2)In order to minimize the cost,the cost model of catering base location for ordinary passenger trains is established by considering the construction cost,operation cost,transportation cost and sorting and handling cost of catering base.Based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics and the idea of universal gravitation,the innovative modeling is carried out.Considering the catering demand of each station and the time factor when the train passes through the station,and considering all the lines that pass through the base at the same time in a certain time window,the fuzzy mathematical modeling analysis and condition restrictions are carried out.The problem is a nonlinear programming model.In order to calculate the optimal solution efficiently and quickly,a genetic algorithm is further designed to solve the problem.(3)Taking the route of 6063,k1058 and z266 trains as an example,the simulation results are given in MATLAB＿R2018a programming operation,through the analysis of the geographical location and stop time of the station,find out the catering base alternative point,and then use the improved genetic algorithm to solve,get the catering base location,and each catering base service station,the calculation results are more accurate,and then prove that the model and algorithm designed in this paper has a certain rationality and practicability.In the end,this paper summarizes the research conclusions and innovation points,which provides a reference and research direction for the future study of railway catering base location.There are 22 figures,17 tables and 79 references.
