With the rapid development of Chaoyang City's economy,Chaoyang City would build a new city in Yandu District.At the same time,a number of industrial parks and many large enterprises will be put into operation,and the electricity load and electricity consumption in Chaoyang City will increase by a big margin,which provides opportunities for the development of Chaoyang Power Grid,but also presents new challenges.Based on this background,this paper studied the substation locating and sizing of Yandu areas.The details are as follows:First of all,the construction background and planning of new 66 kV Yandu substation was introduced.The necessity of the construction of new metro Chaoyang Yandu substation was presented.The design basis and principle of substation construction are introduced.The construction of the power supply in Yandu and construction of substations over 220 kV were introduced Yandu city and the existing problems of power system were put forward.Secondly,the theoretical basis for substation location optimization was briefly introduced.The genetic algorithm used in substation location optimization and the basic theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was introduced in this paper.In addition,the mathematical model of substation location with objective function of minimum investment cost was introduced,and the preliminary work of site selection was introduced.The existing metro Yandu substation and the new substation were analyzed to determine the various parameters of the mathematical model of the new station location value,genetic algorithm was used to obtain optimal location of the new substation,combined with the actual situation,the two substation site were identified.Finally,scheme of the primary evaluation index system of 66 kV Chaoyang Yandu substation locating and sizing was constructed.The evaluation index system took full account of the factors such as the nature of land use,traffic conditions,construction conditions,geological topography and other geographical information factors that affect the location and volume of substations.And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to select the primary election program.Locating and sizing optimization scheme of 66 kV Chaoyang Yandu substation was obtained.
