Abstract/Summary:
As an important starting point for the country to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry to industrialization,standardization,and greening,and to achieve high-quality development,the development of prefabricated buildings will have a significant impact on the development of the construction industry in the future.However,the current high cost of prefabricated construction is one of the key factors hindering its promotion and development.BIM technology,as one of the information technology methods vigorously promoted by the construction industry,has natural characteristics that completely fit the construction mode of prefabricated buildings,and can be highly integrated with prefabricated buildings to achieve full life cycle cost control of prefabricated buildings.Based on this,the thesis takes the life cycle cost control of prefabricated buildings as the main research object,and uses BIM technology to control the life cycle cost of prefabricated buildings as the core content to study the life cycle cost control of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology.The thesis firstly studies the prefabricated building,prefabricated building life cycle cost,BIM technology and the application of BIM technology in the prefabricated building life cycle cost control;secondly,actual engineering cases are selected to compare prefabricated buildings and cast-in-place buildings Cost data at each stage of the life cycle,and comparative analysis of the cost difference between prefabricated buildings and cast-in-place buildings from the perspective of the life cycle;then a questionnaire on the cost influencing factors of the life cycle of prefabricated buildings was designed,and the AHP method was adopted.Analyze the results of the questionnaire,and get the key factors that affect the life cycle cost of prefabricated buildings;finally put forward the life cycle cost control method of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technology,analyze how BIM technology is carried out at each stage and realize prefabricated buildings Life cycle cost control,and actual cases are used to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of BIM technology in cost control at all stages of the life cycle of prefabricated buildings.The main research contents and conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1)Find out the reasons for the high life cycle cost of prefabricated buildingsThe actual engineering project is selected,the cost data of each stage of the life cycle of the prefabricated building and the cast-in-situ building is compared and analyzed,and the cost difference rate per square meter of the prefabricated building and the cast-in-situ building at each stage is calculated,and the life cycle cost estimation model,Calculate the life cycle cost of prefabricated buildings and cast-in-place buildings,and compare and analyze the cost difference rate from the perspective of the life cycle of the building.The analysis shows that the reason for the higher cost of prefabricated buildings than cast-in-place buildings is that the cost of prefabricated buildings in the planning and design stage and the production and transportation stage is too high,and the analysis found that from one or two of the prefabricated buildings’ life cycle It is not comprehensive and unreliable to study the cost of prefabricated construction in stages.The cost should be studied from the perspective of the whole life cycle.(2)Explore the key influencing factors that affect the life cycle cost of prefabricated buildingsThrough the use of literature research methods,21 factors affecting the life cycle cost of prefabricated buildings were analyzed and summarized.Based on this,a questionnaire about the factors affecting the life cycle cost control of prefabricated buildings was designed and passed AHP The analytic hierarchy process analyzed the results of the questionnaire.The results show that the efficiency of construction and installation,the number of design changes,the degree of coordination among various disciplines,the management of on-site components,and the degree of component split design have a relatively large impact on the life cycle cost of the fabricated building.The key factor.(3)Established a life cycle cost control model for prefabricated buildings based on BIM technologyCombining the characteristics of BIM technology,established a BIM technology-based prefabricated building life cycle cost control model,analyzed the application of BIM technology in each stage of the prefabricated building life cycle,and realized the cost of the prefabricated building life cycle control.(4)The actual case verifies the validity and practicability of the life cycle cost control model of prefabricated buildings based on BIM technologyThrough actual engineering cases,it analyzes the application of BIM technology in each stage of prefabricated buildings in the actual project construction process,and analyzes the project cost control situation.Practice has proved that BIM technology controls the life cycle cost of prefabricated buildings.It is effective and practical.
