| Energy complex is a multi-station integration system based on substations,which is an important way to upgrade substations to comprehensive energy services and an important form of energy interconnection.Establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of energy complex is conducive to the planning and improvement of energy complex,and is of great significance to the smooth transformation of substations and the development of distributed generation and comprehensive energy services.Based on the actual development of energy complex under the background of energy interconnection,this paper makes an in-depth study on the evaluation system of energy complex.Firstly,this paper introduces the background significance and research status of energy complex evaluation at home and abroad,analyzes the structure of energy complex,and the functional characteristics of substation,energy station,photovoltaic power station,energy storage station,EV charging station and data center in the system,and studies the basic theory and method of evaluation system construction.Secondly,considering the structural and functional characteristics of the energy complex,the demand indicators related to the construction and operation of the energy complex are mined from five aspects: operational performance,equipment architecture,cleanliness and environmental protection,economic benefits and service level,and a multiattribute,multi-level and comprehensive evaluation index system of the energy complex is established.Moreover,in order to facilitate the calculation of indicators,this paper uses an equivalent model of energy complex based on weighted directed graph,which combines the evaluation scenarios established according to the operation strategy and energy demand of energy complex to calculate the energy flow situation of energy complex,and then calculate the relevant index values;The qualitative evaluation index is quantified by fuzzy theory.In addition,combined with the theoretical basis of building the evaluation system of energy complex,through the study of the advantages and disadvantages of subjective and objective weighting methods,this paper proposes to combine the decision makers’ wishes and index data information,and use BWM and anti-entropy weight method to obtain the subjective and objective comprehensive weights of indicators.Based on the grey system theory and projection theory,the evaluation model of BWM-anti-entropy weight method-grey correlation projection is established,and the relationship between schemes is comprehensively analyzed from multiple attributes of schemes.Finally,taking the upgrading of a 110 k V substation in China as an example,the planning scheme of energy complex based on this substation is evaluated.By analyzing and calculating the gray projection value of each scheme,the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme are ranked,and the sensitivity analysis is carried out with renewable energy generation as the influencing factor.The weakness and of each planning scheme the improvement direction of the optimal scheme are found out,which shows the importance of rational planning of substation,EV charging station,data center,energy storage station,energy station and photovoltaic power station to the upgrading of substation and the development of energy complex.By comparing the calculation speed of BWM method with AHP method,anti-entropy weight method and combination weighting method,it is proved that not only can the method proposed in this paper take into account the decision maker’s wishes and index data information,but also it has the characteristics of fast calculation speed,which verifies the superiority of the evaluation method proposed in this paper. |
