Study On The Revitalization And Utilization Of Unused Spaces In Villages In The Han Chang’an City Site Area

In recent years,against the background of accelerating urbanization and continuous urban expansion in China,the living environment of large heritage sites has been squeezed,causing problems such as space encroachment,idle land resources,loss of value and livelihood conflicts due to the high overlap between urban construction and site space.As a typical representative of the Great Site of Xi’an,the protection and utilization of the site itself and the transformation and development of the site area are related to the construction of the famous historical and cultural city of Xi’an,which is influenced by the concept of site protection,the space utilization rate in the site area is low,and the resulting large amount of unused space brings pressure to the construction of the spatial environment of the site area,resulting in the deterioration of the human living environment,weeds,and the drainage of the landscape environment in the long run.In the long run,it will cause material problems such as deterioration of human living environment,overgrown weeds and drainage of landscape environment,and non-material problems such as threat to community safety and stability of neighborhood relationship,which seriously damage the spatial development and ecological environment protection of the Han Chang’an City site area and intensify the conflict between human and land,just like a piece of "scar" that exists for a long time and becomes an obstacle to the transformation and development of the large site area.Therefore,it is especially urgent and necessary to explore the revitalization and utilization of the unused space of the villages in the Han Chang’an City site area.In view of this,this paper takes the unused space within the Han Chang’an City site area as the research object,takes the village as the research unit,summarizes and composes the research dynamics of theories related to the conservation of large sites and the practical experience of unused space,and approaches the study of site conservation from the perspective of unused space to explore the promotion of the flourishing development within the Han Chang’an City site area through the revitalization and utilization of unused space,so as to drive the synergistic development of the Han Chang’an City site and the surrounding area.development.The main contents of this study include:(1)to review and summarize the relevant theories and researches at home and abroad in recent years,one of which is the research dynamics of the Han Chang’an City site area,and the other is the research on the response of the unused space;(2)to review the development history of the Han Chang’an City site area through data review and on-site research,summarize the current situation and problems of the spatial environment in the site area,further explore the significance of the research on the unused space for the Han Chang’an City site(3)To classify the types of unused spaces based on the current situation of unused spaces in the Han Chang’an City site area,to grasp the essential characteristics of unused spaces from different perspectives,to summarize the distribution characteristics of unused spaces in the site area through spatial quantification methods,and to elaborate the externalities of unused spaces from them.(2)To summarize the causes of idle space in the site area by quantifying the distribution characteristics of idle space in the site area,and to explain the externalities of idle space,and then to conclude the causes of idle space in the site area.(4)Based on this,the revitalization strategy of the idle space in the Han Chang’an City site area is proposed in conjunction with the theory of tactical urbanism,and the effect of "prevention of increment,reduction of stock,and prevention of variation" is achieved through the regulation and control means of institutions,subjects,and planning.(5)Based on the distribution characteristics of the unused space in the Han Chang’an City site area,we propose a reuse path based on the inverse planning principle and elastic planning theory to guide the development of villages in the relevant area,and then conceive the prospect of coupled development of site space and urban space through the reuse of unused space in the site area.Finally,the thesis concludes with the shortcomings of the research and the outlook of the future renewal development of the Han Chang’an City site area.
