| The development of economic globalization has improved the trade activities of each countries and promoted the global trade to increase year by year.As an important part of international trade,the maritime transportation has developed rapidly in recent years.The port throughput is increasing year by year and the number of ships is increasing.At the same time,the development trend of large-scale ships makes the marine traffic increasingly busy.The existing resources of the port(channel,berth and tugboat)can not meet the demand of ships entering and leaving the port.Ships need to wait for a long time to pass the port navigation channel,which restricts the development of the port.Due to the high cost of construction of port infrastructure,it is necessary to reasonably allocate the existing port resources and choose the appropriate rules of ship entering and leaving port,which can maximize the channel capacity and port service level under the existing scale of the port and improve the competitiveness of the port.Based on such background,this paper takes the Guangzhou port navigation channel as the research object to analyze its progress of ship entering and leaving port.According to the characteristics of two-way channel navigation mode conversion,allocation of tugboat resources in advance and public waterway between Guangzhou port and Dongguan port,this paper designs two kinds rules of ship entering and leaving port,efficiency first rule and large-ship first rule and establishes a ship navigation operation system simulation model.Then,by selecting the channel utilization rate,channel space utilization rate,number of ships passing through the channel,gross tonnage of ships passing through the channel and ships waiting time.Considering the fairness of different port area,this paper compares the existing port scheduling rule,efficiency first rule and large-ship first rule,and concludes that the large-ship first rule is better than the other rules.According to the existing number of ships and the proportion of large ships in the current port,the number of ships arriving and the proportion of large ships are changed and different scenarios are designed to analyze the changes of port navigation efficiency indicators under different rules of ship entering and leaving port in different scenarios.The results show that when the multiple of arrival ships is 0.75-1.15,the large-ship first rule is the best;When the multiple of arrival ships is 1.15-1.75,the efficiency first rule is the best;When the multiple of large ships is 0.85-1.35,the large-ship first rule is the best.Finally,it analyzes the index changes of the rules under the conditions of channel widening and allowing tugs to cross the harbor.It is considered that channel widening can effectively improve the indexes of all aspects,and allowing tugs to cross the harbor can reduce the ship waiting time. |
