In order to comply with the development trend of green and healthy transportation and explore the potential of pedestrian traffic,this paper takes the pedestrian system environment of Minzu Avenue in Nanning as the research object,analyzes the existing problems and related influencing factors,and puts forward optimization strategies to improve walking comfort.This paper analyzes the composition of the environment of the walking system,including the main body of the walking system,walking extended space,walking functional facilities,landscape facilities,the interaction between environment and pedestrians.It establishes a logical relationship between the macro,meso and micro elements of the walking system environment and walking comfort.On the basis of this research idea,combined with the maintenance and renovation project of Minzu Avenue,the problems existing in the pedestrian system of Minzu Avenue before reconstruction are analyzed in detail,and the main factors affecting walking comfort are summarized,such as inaccurate planning and positioning,lack of accessibility,disordered landscape style,desalination of humanistic history,inadequate management and outdated construction concept Factors,and put forward the optimization strategies and measures: 1)adjust the function of Minzu avenue to serve the life;2)reduce the opening reconstruction of the west section of Fengling interchange;3)increase the commercial land and opening reconstruction in the east section of Fengling interchange;4)add pedestrian underpass;5)unify the style of pavement and building facade;6)repair historical buildings And protection measures;7)rear green space to facilitate the transformation;8)landscape to add ethnic elements.This paper also puts forward some optimization ideas that are not yet feasible for implementation at present and worthy of further promotion after the implementation conditions are met in the future: 1)implement the management strategy of "small block and dense road network" and the permeability transformation of building bottom;2)implement the management measures of regionalization,specialization and marketization of sidewalks.On the basis of summarizing the previous research results,this paper puts forward a more comprehensive three-level analysis of the environmental problems of the pedestrian system,which provides the theoretical basis and examples for improving the walking comfort of urban roads.
