Research On Urban Spatial Structure Optimization Strategy Of Hegang Based On Smart Shrinkage Theory

The phenomenon of urban shrinkage,characterized by population loss,is widespread in Western countries.In recent years,under the influence of rapid urbanization in China,although most cities are still growing,due to the aging population,depletion of resources,and population in Malaysia.Some cities are already in the stage of urban contraction due to the concentration of large cities due to too much effect,and our country is affected by the land financial system.The space of these cities is still expanding,leading to a series of urban problems.So,we should pay attention to the space development issues of shrinking cities.Most of the urban spatial structure research is built on growth.This paper introduces smart shrinkage theory and takes Hegang City as an example to conduct an empirical study to discuss the optimization strategy of Hegang City spatial structure from the perspective of smart shrinkage theory,which is meaningful for bringing Hegang opportunities for rejuvenation.In this paper,by combing the smart shrinkage theory and urban space structure theory,the influencing factors and optimization factors of the urban space structure are determined,and the optimization ideas of the urban spacial structure on smart shrinkage are summarized.Firstly,by analyzing the population,economy and land changes of Hegang City,the city shrinkage situation and spatial structure evolution characteristics of Hegang City were studied.The analysis found that the shrinkage situation of Hegang City was the city area-double shrinkage of the urban area,and the urban space was perforation type shrink mode.Secondly,it puts forward the problems encountered by the urban space development of Hegang City under the background of urban contraction,and concludes that the future evolution of urban space structure in Hegang City is mainly affected by three actors:industry,transportation and ecology.And based on the smart shrinkage theory,Hegang City’s population size,industrial transformation,transportation construction and ecological governance development were analyzed and researched to provide a basis for the optimization of urban space results.Finally,from the four aspects of urban form,functional layout,land use and transportation system,guided by the smart shrinkage theory,the optimization strategy of Hegang city spatial structure is proposed.
