The Protection Planning Strategy Of Historical And Cultural Block Of Harbin Central Street From The Perspective Of Urban Design

As a place where the memory of a City converges,the historical block retains the traces of the city along with the historical development,preserves the historical buildings for many years,and records the lifestyle of the residents formed for a long time,so it has a high historical and cultural value.With the rapid development and change of society,the pace of people’s life is faster and faster,and there are many ways to obtain information.In the process of people’s pursuit of new technology,new technology and economic interests,it is easy to ignore the importance of history and culture to the life of residents.The city style,which was bred by the unique historical background,is gradually becoming unified,Urban history and culture began to decline,so it is particularly important to continue the historical context of the city in the form of historical block protection.The traditional protection of urban historical heritage is mainly through the protection of historical buildings and the block environment.With the continuous improvement of the theoretical system,the form of protection has gradually changed from the static protection emphasizing the preservation of material form to the form of organic renewal and dynamic protection.Urban design is different from the general protection of historical blocks.Through the comprehensive design method of all aspects and multi angles,it emphasizes the view of historical blocks from the perspective of coordinating urban development,breaking the previous "frozen" protection of historical blocks,and starting from the historical value and living environment of the city,While preserving the historical context,we should avoid the separation from the modern urban living environment.Harbin Central Street is a street gradually formed with the construction of the Middle East Railway,which integrates the essence of the main European art style architecture in the 20 th century with the integration of Chinese and Western culture.It is located in the central area of Daoli District of Harbin City,where the essence of European architecture in the last century is gathered,and the memory of the great changes of the city in more than 100 years is preserved,Carrying the history and culture of the city,it is of great significance in the history of urban construction and modern architecture in China.After the central street was determined as a protected block in1986,the central street and its surrounding areas were protected and renovated for three times.The spatial layout,historical buildings and spatial environment of the block were continuously improved.Under the background of the rapid development of the city,there are still many problems in the historical block of central street.When carrying out the protective urban design for the historical block of central street,through the preliminary research on the existing situation of the historical and cultural block of central street,combing the existing situation in detail one by one according to the level,and combining with the research on the behavior characteristics of the residents and tourists in the block,this paper puts forward the existing problems of the block.Based on the reflection on the existing problems of the block,when the central street historical block is protected and updated,the protective urban design is taken as the guiding method,and the integrity and authenticity of the material form are protected through the characteristics of the urban space texture of the historical block,so as to pay attention to the integration of the old and new blocks with the city;This paper classifies the historical buildings,and puts forward the corresponding protection and renewal schemes for the buildings with different degrees of problems;To improve the quality of traditional courtyard,public space and landscape space,so as to drive the vitality of the block,and through the introduction of characteristic space and other forms to enhance the humanistic flavor and atmosphere of the block,so as to continue the humanistic spirit of the block more reasonably and naturally.
