Protection And Renewal Strategy Of Historical Block Based On Cultural Gene

In view of the fact that China’s urban development has entered the stage of stock development,the continuation of the context of historic districts has been gradually paid attention to,and the protection of cultural characteristic genes has also become the core content of the protection and renewal of historic districts.The historical and cultural block of Central Street is the most unique historical protected block in Harbin city,so it is necessary to study the cultural characteristics of Central Street.This paper takes the cultural gene as the research Angle,through the identification of the cultural gene of Central Street,to achieve the goal of further protection and renewal of the historic and cultural block of Central Street.In this paper,from the Angle of cultural gene,the recognition method,put forward the conception of cultural gene will be the carrier of the historical and cultural blocks are divided into the central street both explicit and implicit,gene identified for the culture of the central avenue,historical and cultural blocks to extract the central street core features of cultural gene,the most cultural genes identified in the historical block in order to provide new ideas.In this way,the whole process from cultural gene identification to guiding the protection and renewal strategy and control mechanism of historic districts can be formed,and finally the cultural inheritance of historic districts can be realized.Firstly,the thesis determines the research background,purpose and significance of the subject.Based on the relevant theories of cultural genes and spatial forms,the internal relationship between cultural genes and spatial forms of historical blocks is summarized to provide a theoretical basis for further research in the following sections.Secondly,based on the general situation of the history and current situation of Harbin central avenue,through the identification of genes that cultural principle and method,using qualitative and quantitative methods including space syntax,morphology analysis of the quantitative indicators,functional mixing degree analysis method and the characteristics of deconstruction,typology methods,build the culture of the historical block gene identification system.Gene identified for the culture of the central avenue,respectively from the dominant pattern of cultural genes including street,street space,architecture form and implicit cultural genes including the history and culture,economy and culture and social culture genes genetic traits for the culture of the central street,which can identify and build the culture of the central street map.Finally,the paper proposes the protection path selection of the central Street historical and cultural block under the guidance of genes,puts forward the protection and renewal strategies of the historical block corresponding to the dominant and recessive cultural genes respectively,and provides methods and ideas for the control mechanism of the cultural genes in the historical block.
