| For a long time,China has been a typical urban-rural "dual structure" country.Focusing on reducing the urban-rural differences and solving the "dual structure" of urban and rural areas, the Chinese government and academic circles have attached great importance to and make a lot of research and practice. The 16 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed the overall planning of urban and rural areas, the 17 th National Congress proposed the integration of urban and rural areas, and the integration of urban and rural areas was proposed at the 19 th National Congress. From the overall planning of urban and rural development,to the integration of urban and rural development, and then to the integration of urban and rural development, the fundamental purpose is the same. The fundamental purpose is to build a new type of urban-rural relationship, remove the barriers to the dual urban-rural system, and enable rural and urban residents to enjoy equal rights, equal public services, and homogenous living conditions. However, the level of urban and rural development in our country is very different at this stage, and the overall planning model adopted is very different. The reason is that the historical conditions of regional development, natural development conditions, economic development level, world situation, policy environment and other factors have led to the integration of urban and rural areas in the region. The conditions for chemical development are different,so choose the overall planning model and adjust accordingly. Therefore,it has important theoretical and practical significance to study the coordinated urban and rural development models at different development stages. This article combines the author’s practice in urban and rural planning, especially the urban and rural planning in Guangxi and Guangdong. There are obvious differences in the basis, path and overall planning mode of urban and rural development.Based on a systematic study of urban and rural development in different stages of the overall planning model, the article selects two regional cases in Baise Youjiang River Valley in Guangxi and Xinhui in Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province to conduct empirical studies, researches the general commonality, reasons and internal driving mechanism of the respective development stages, and proposes an urban-rural integration model Choosing differentiated countermeasures provides theoretical and practical guidance for the overall development of urban and rural areas in my country at this stage. This paper consists of six parts: the first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research background, significance, research objects and research methods of the article, analyzes the concepts of urban-rural coordination and urban-rural coordination dynamic mechanism, summarizes the current domestic and foreign related researches on urban-rural coordination, and puts forward the content and framework of the proposed research. The second part combines the research foundation and theoretical system of urban and rural development at home and abroad, analyzes the division and characteristics of my country’s urban and rural development stages, constructs an analysis framework for urban and rural integration models, and proposes an overall planning model for different stages.Construct an evaluation index system for the level of urban and rural development, and evaluate the current development level of the Youjiang Valley area and Xinhui area.He third and fourth parts respectively carry out empirical studies on the Youjiang River Valley and Xinhui Regions, and analyze their urban and rural development process, current characteristics, development motivation mechanism and urban-rural co-ordination model. The fifth part,by comparing two cases, puts forward the differences and existing problems of different development stages, draws differences and enlightenments, and combines relevant theories to propose suggestions for the overall optimization of urban and rural development in the emergence stage. The sixth part is the conclusion, which summarizes the research results of the full text, and points out the deficiencies and expectations of the research. |
