| As early as 2009,the Ministry of Commerce clearly stated in the "Outline of the National Catering Industry Development Plan(2009-2013)" that the catering industry should be integrated into the city’s master plan and commercial network planning. In the context of the urban spatial structure generally tending to multi-centered evolution and the Internet economy empowers the catering industry to trigger new changes, the catering industry has increasingly become an intuitive manifestation of urban economic prosperity, cultural recognition, and environmental livability.Catering facilities are the direct carrier of the catering industry in the spatial dimension. The research on the spatial distribution pattern of catering facilities is important for improving the urban service industry pattern from the supply side, and for the city to meet the basic needs and communication needs of citizens from the demand side. There’s important meaning. This thesis takes the commercial service industry agglomeration theory as the perspective, proposes the research dimension of the description and evolution of the spatial distribution pattern of catering facilities, and takes the main urban area of Harbin as an example to discuss the development status and evolution trend of the catering facilities spatial pattern, and analyzes its causes and An optimization strategy is proposed to contribute to the evolution and improvement of the central place theory in the current era of the dramatic changes in the Internet popular catering structure, and to provide a reliable reference for the rational layout of urban catering facilities and the scientific and mixed development of land use. This research refers to the agglomeration of endogenous and external factors in the commercial service industry, and uses the classification of central locations to screen and construct four research dimensions for the description and evolution of the spatial distribution pattern of catering facilities: spatial distribution structure, facility hierarchy, urban development structure, and commercial center Coupling. It focuses on describing the development status of the spatial pattern of "one main and two assistants" plus "Tac-shaped axis" for catering facilities in the main urban area of Harbin.Using the spatial analysis method based on the GIS platform, based on the2016-2019 catering POI data, analyze the spatial pattern change trend of the catering facilities in the study area in three dimensions. The analysis results show that the spatial distribution of catering facilities at the macro and meso levels has shown a trend of centrifugal diffusion year by year. The catering center level system is flat and normalized, and the level boundaries tend to be blurred. The mutual exclusion distance of large-scale catering centers has become smaller, and the homogenous competition has shifted to a complementary symbiosis model;district-level centers have disappeared, aggregated, and annexed. The overall catering facilities are shifted to areas with the second highest urban accessibility, and the block scale deviates from the main road and spreads to the accessibility depressions in the neighborhood. The attractiveness of residential areas and educational areas to catering facilities has increased while commercial areas have weakened. The dependence on densely populated areas has decreased, and the distribution of peaks in areas with a lower population density has decreased.Relocation of facilities to areas with lower land prices, away from commercial centers.Under the framework of the research dimension, the trend types of the spatial pattern are divided, and the causes of the formation of the recession area, growth area, stable area and lagging area are analyzed. Finally, based on the four types of optimization principles for different development types of areas, realistic optimization strategies are proposed to guide the benign layout of urban dining facilities. |
