Research On Credit Restoration Of Construction Enterprises Based On Discrete Choice Experiment

The construction industry is a pillar industry for the high-quality development of China’s national economy.However,the frequent occurrence of trust-breaking of construction enterprises has a significant impact on the high-quality,stable and sustainable development of the construction industry.At the same time,it also has a negative impact on the corporate reputation and competitiveness of trust-breaking enterprises.At present,the research on credit restoration of construction enterprises in the industry is still in the preliminary stage of exploration,and systematic theories and methods have not been formed for the research on credit restoration measures of construction enterprises,and trust-breaking enterprises can not choose effective independent repair measures.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study how to scientifically adopt effective credit repair measures to help enterprises restore their credit level and eliminate the multiple adverse effects on reputation,comprehensive competitive strength and society caused by the loss of trust of construction enterprises,in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and thus promote the healthy,stable and sustainable development of the construction industry.This paper systematically identifies and analyzes the common situations of trust-breaking in construction enterprises and typical credit restoration measures.Due to the complexity and varity of trust-breaking behaviors,in order to improve the timeliness of credit restoration measures selected by trust-breaking enterprises and explore the pertinence of credit restoration measures,literature reading,combined with field research and expert interviews are used to identify common trust-breaking situations and inducements in construction enterprises at the present stage.And then through the various provinces and cities construction administrative department of credit restoration policy to comb,and analyzed the main problems of credit restoration,on this basis,by using the experience of typical regional credit restoration measures,combined with expert interviews and field investigation results finally identified the five typical promise enterprise credit restoration measures.Due to the excessive situation of trust-breaking,this paper combined with literature reading and the analysis and research of related policies of punishment for trust-breaking,finally selected two typical situations of trust-breaking of construction enterprises and set up the corresponding simulation situation;In order to facilitate the subsequent experimental design and research,this paper classifies the identified measures from the internal and external aspects of the enterprise,and further generalizes and refines them.Then on this basis,the factors and their levels are set,and the credit restoration measures selection set scheme is designed based on the discrete choice experiment,and the questionnaire design is finally completed.Through the distribution and collection of questionnaires,the discrete selection model is used to analyze the effectiveness and importance ranking of credit restoration measures under the situation of trust-breaking.Based on the results of different trust-breaking scenarios,the following conclusions are drawn: the effectiveness and impact degree of different credit restoration measures under different trust-breaking scenarios are different;When a trust-breaking behavior occurs,the combination of credit restoration measures adopted by a trust-breaking enterprise is more useful than a single credit restoration measure,and there are differences in the combination of credit restoration measures under different situations of trust-breaking.Finally,according to the conclusion,countermeasures and reference suggestions are provided for trust-breaking enterprises.
