| At present,China’s prefabricated construction industry has entered a stage of rapid development under the dual role of national policy promotion and industry internal transformation and upgrading needs.However,there are significant differences in the development process of local prefabricated construction industry,and the regional development level is extremely unbalanced.Although the central and local governments have issued a lot of policies to guide the development of prefabricated construction industry,the problem of different development efficiency has not been fully solved.In order to improve the development efficiency of prefabricated building industry,we must first clear the road,clearly understand the development requirements of prefabricated building,the development mode of prefabricated building and how to evaluate the development applicability of different prefabricated building technology systems.This paper first summarizes the development theory of prefabricated construction industry,points out some links in the development of prefabricated construction industry,puts forward the important factors influencing the efficiency of prefabricated construction industry,and summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the current prefabricated construction engineering practice.Then,based on the industry research and actual engineering cases,through the analysis of specific problems,further deepen the understanding of the development of assembly construction industry.Then,based on the analysis of the development requirements and influencing factors of prefabricated construction industry,combined with other research on the evaluation of prefabricated construction,this paper establishes the efficiency evaluation index system of prefabricated construction industry.After that,AHP is used to calculate the index weight,and the weight results are analyzed theoretically.Finally,combined with the characteristics of the indicators,this paper uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the efficiency evaluation model of prefabricated construction industry.Taking the development of prefabricated building industry in Harbin as an example,combined with the actual project cases of different prefabricated building structure systems,the efficiency of prefabricated building industry in Harbin is evaluated,and the evaluation results are analyzed.It shows that under the current development situation,the prefabricated reinforced block masonry structure has high production efficiency,engineering efficiency and industrial efficiency,which can meet the needs of high-quality development of prefabricated buildings,promote the development of Harbin prefabricated construction industry,and provide favorable guarantee for the transformation and upgrading of Harbin construction industry and highquality development. |
