| In recent years,with the development of China’s manufacturing industry toward digitalization and intelligence,the demand for data collection and feedback control of production workshop equipment is getting higher and higher.However,the automation degree and data interaction mode of the existing equipment in the production workshop are often not unified,leading to the existing data acquisition system is mostly targeted development,and the lack of a general method to construct the data acquisition system.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs an easily extensible data acquisition system framework,realizes the custom configuration of the acquisition system function and channel number,and carries on the practice verification.The main content of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the research status of data acquisition technology at home and abroad is briefly described,and the research significance,main research content and structure of this paper are described.Then,the characteristics and existing problems of the current digital workshop are introduced,and the requirements for data acquisition and control of the workshop are analyzed.The architecture of the sensing layer-network layer-application layer is adopted as the overall framework of the data acquisition and control system,and the requirements analysis and functional design of each layer in the framework are completed.Secondly,according to the results of system framework analysis and research,the hardware development of the system is completed,and the access of sensing layer devices is realized by using Wi Fi technology and device serial communication technology.The hardware modularization design is completed by splitting the hardware modules,and the modularized wired data acquisition board based on MCP23017 and PCF8591 is realized.The gateway software system and the communication software of the upper computer in the network layer are designed according to the research results of the interaction between the layers of the system framework.Based on Python,the gateway system of the master station is completed to realize the data acquisition of the hardware of the sensing layer,and the communication with the upper computer is completed by using TCP/IP protocol.The communication software of upper computer is designed based on C#,and the communication control between hardware equipment and simulation software is realized.Finally,the virtual actual-driven data acquisition system in this paper is applied to th virtual actual-driven platform for functional test and performance test.The scalability,stability,data transmission reliability and hardware module reconstruction function of the system were tested,and it was proved that the system can realize the virtual and real driving function,and can flexibly configure the number and type of the system collection points,which provides a reference for promoting the digital management of the workshop. |
