In recent years, power system is developed for intelligent, digital information and efficient. Relay protection of traditional maintenance modes cannot meet the need of development. The condition based maintenance gradually is extensive applied.This paper studies on method of monitoring the two AC and DC. The relay protection circuit was un-electric touch guarded apply hall sensor, and the configuration software IFIX and the OMRON PLC combination.Preparation of circuit breaker / switch simulation program in PLC. Using the powerful IFIX data transmission and storage function, design a set relay protection equipment condition monitoring system. The system is helpful to operation, the equipment fault and defect of previous test records realize the effective management and sharing of information provide a reliable information base and equipment condition evaluation and analysis. Meanwhile, use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to establish the evaluation independent module. the use of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to establish the evaluation module is independent, is put forward to evaluate the state of relay protection method and quantification method based on fuzzy theory. Using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to achieve the weights of evaluation factors, and the establishment of the membership function of each evaluation factor, the formation of the relay protection status evaluation method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally, combined with the relay protection equipment operation and maintenance work of the Benxi City, the system is applied in the practical work, the results prove the effectiveness of the state monitoring and evaluation system, and is of theoretical significance and practical value for the actual work of condition based maintenance.
