| Since the 2009 global financial crisis,the most of global vehicle manufacturing enterprises the more or less suffered the impact,through different means of sale,integration,restructuring to save themselves,and to maintain its market share in domestic,and influence in overseas markets and share;At the same time,as the main-force of the automobile vehicle manufacturing,the commodity supply market also in the consolidation and expansion of the great changes.This paper goes through the history of XF automobile manufacturing company in the instrument cluster with suppliers on the product development cooperation,and the transformation through technical cooperation to strategic cooperation;At the same time,the XF firms’ s cooperation with H company on electronic ordering system for inventory management to deeply optimize the cooperation the whole supply chain inventory on telematics communication module;Strategic cooperation through the information service providers and finish the construction of telematics service providing platform and resource integration,to improve the product on the aspect of the design,development,production,the post sales service and user requirement through the whole ecological system,fully illustrates the XF company on the evolution of the suppliers and progress,and further instructions of maintaining a high level of cooperation,integration with suppliers,especially the strategic cooperation on the supply chain of the whole ecosystem to achieve the win-win results.In this paper,the comprehensive analysis of XF enterprise’s supplier relationship management,grasp the opportunities and challenges faced by the XF enterprise,put forward the management strategy of supplier cooperation with suppliers.It is expected to have certain reference significance to the domestic brand of vehicle manufacturing enterprise on supplier relationship management. |
