At present,the seismic response control of building structure has become a hot research direction,and the more mature and effective methods are isolation technology and energy dissipation technology.The displacement of base isolation system is generally large in rare earthquake,which will bring some adverse effects.At present,most of the methods to control the displacement of base isolation system are to increase the isolation bearings or dampers.In this paper,a new solution is put forward,that is,to set the rotating inertia tuned mass damper(RITMD)in the isolation layer to form the RITMD isolation system.RITMD has smaller mass,and the system has better isolation effect and smaller isolation layer displacement.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The optimal parameters of single degree of freedom RITMD damping system excited by base harmonic and white noise are derived by the optimization method based on norm theory.The optimization method based on Laplace transform is a more efficient parameter optimization method,which has the advantages of small amount of calculation and strong versatility.2.MATLAB is used to calculate the seismic response of isolated steel frame under different damping schemes.The seismic response of RITMD isolated frame is about 18%and 30% lower than that of damper isolated frame and LRB bearing isolated frame respectively,and the control effect is obviously improved.3.MATLAB program is used to calculate the seismic response of RITMD isolated steel frame.The results show that: the smaller the mass of RITMD,the better isolation effect can be obtained;the stiffness and damping coefficient of RITMD fluctuate 30% relative to the optimization parameters,the control effect is basically unchanged,and the RITMD isolation system shows good robustness.4.Five typical working conditions are selected for shaking table test of isolated steel frame.The test results show that the isolation effect of each working condition is basically consistent with the results of MATLAB numerical calculation,which verifies the reliability of numerical calculation.
