Nowadays,subway construction has become a key link in urban development and construction.It is effective for improving the level of urban public services,improving the road traffic system,facilitating people’s traffic and promoting urban economic development.With the progress of urban civilization,as a mode of transportation for green travel,China’s subway construction has developed rapidly in recent years.Because the construction of the subway relies on huge financial support,complicated construction process and huge construction scale,it has great influence in the society,so it has decided that the quality of its construction has become a top priority,and the quality of construction directly affects people’s The safety of life and property and the stable development of society will be accompanied by safety accidents in the event of quality problems.Therefore,in the construction of the subway project,the construction quality should always be the focus of management.The construction quality of the subway construction should be strictly controlled,and the quality control system and the effective implementation of policies and regulations should be emphasized.The construction characteristics and the influencing factors affecting the construction quality,grasp the links that are prone to quality problems,including personnel,mechanical equipment,construction materials,construction methods and construction environment,and other targeted quality supervision,using scientific and effective quality control methods.Control the construction quality and finally form a systematic and perfect quality control system.This paper takes a station of Qingdao Metro Line 2 as the research background,carries out systematic research on the quality control of subway construction,and makes detailed analysis on the links prone to quality problems in subway construction by using factor analysis method,and obtains the influencing factors that need to be controlled emphatic.The status quo of quality control of a station on Line 2,using scientific quality control theory,found problems in quality control in the project and analyzed the reasons.Based on the information collection and analysis of the five influencing factors of "construction personnel,construction technology,construction machinery and equipment,construction materials and machines,and construction environment",the index system of construction quality influencing factors is established,and the weight of five first level indicators and fourteen second level indicators is calculated.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the quality control plan and achieve the expected results,the quality control safeguard measures were formulated,and a scientific and effective subway construction quality control system was formed,aiming at the quality control of the subway construction project of a station on Qingdao Metro Line 2.Provide theoretical guidance and provide theoretical references for relevant metro construction quality control.
