Architectural decoration industry is the product of China’s economic system reform and opening to the outside world.It is also the first industry to introduce market mechanism and carry out market-oriented operation in China.At present,it still has a large room for growth.But as a result of building decoration engineering services subcontractor management system is not yet perfect,which results in the decoration company for actual engineering labor subcontractor low barriers to entry,imperfect management dynamics lack,labor employment system,low professional quality of workers,illegal subcontracting,subcontract,illegal activities such as call have emerged.Therefore,it is of certain research significance to identify the practical problems existing in the labor subcontract management of architectural decoration engineering in China and try to analyze its causes and evolution path,so as to put forward the key optimization path of the labor subcontract management of decoration engineering.Research on F adornment company engineering subcontracting management problems existing in the field investigation and questionnaire survey,analysis of absurdism,reasonable model is set up on the specific project subcontracting management evaluation,then according to the result of investigation and evaluation of engineering subcontracting management countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Firstly,this thesis studies the present situation,existing problems,causes and evolutionary relationship of labor subcontracting management in architectural decoration engineering.Then,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the main links and existing problems of labor subcontracting management of building decoration engineering,the evaluation model of labor subcontractor management of building decoration engineering is established,and the scientificity and rationality of the model is verified through the actual situation of specific case projects.Finally,in view of the present situation and existing problems of labor subcontracting management of building decoration engineering contractors,this thesis puts forward targeted improvement strategies.This study will help to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of decoration construction enterprises,and can also provide reference for the realization of the new growth of decoration construction industry.
