Looking at the development of my country’s construction industry,the traditional extensive production and development model is no longer suitable for the needs of my country in the era of high-quality development.The new construction industrialization characterized by the integration of industrialization,informatization and greening represents the trend of future development.As the most representative construction form and carrier in the transformation of building industrialization,prefabricated building is an indispensable link in the process of building industrialization transformation.However,the maintenance system is the last link in the production process of precast concrete components for prefabricated buildings.It is of great significance to study the functional principle and mechanical structure of the necessary key equipment.This thesis will combine the characteristics of existing maintenance systems at home and abroad,and start with the research of two important sub-equipments of palletizer and maintenance kiln respectively,and design a maintenance system that meets the design requirements of this thesis.First,according to the production process of precast concrete components,it is determined that the maintenance system consists of a palletizer and a maintenance kiln.The application scope and characteristics of various structural forms of palletizers and maintenance kilns were compared and analyzed,and the design schemes of suspended palletizers and vertical maintenance kilns were determined,combining the design requirements and the internal connection between the two sub-equipment,Determined the design parameters of the palletizer and the maintenance kiln,and the structural layout of the maintenance system.Secondly,according to the functional requirements and design parameters of the palletizer,the five parts of the palletizer’s hoisting beam,hoisting mechanism,walking mechanism,auxiliary mechanism,and support frame are respectively carried out detailed structural design and calculation selection.According to the actual working conditions of the palletizer,the important force-bearing parts of the equipment or the structure that may appear dangerous are simulated and verified.According to the simulation results,it is judged whether the design is reasonable,and the unreasonable structure of the design is optimized accordingly.Finally,the mechanical structure composition and heating system of the maintenance analyzed and verified by statics simulation.According to the actual heating situation and the three-dimensional design model,the internal space of the maintenance kiln designed in this paper is analyzed for temperature field and flow field to verify whether the design is reasonable,and the simulation test results provide a reference for the optimization of the maintenance kiln.
