With the development of human society,the problem of energy shortage around the world has gradually become prominent,and more and more people have realized the importance of energy conservation and environmental protection.As the energy consumption of buildings is an important part of energy consumption in modern society,how to manage the energy distribution and energy structure of modern buildings more efficiently has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,in view of the current dilemma that domestic building energy supply cannot use energy efficiently based on human experience,a building energy management system based on Internet of Things data is proposed.By modeling and managing the relationship between energy-related equipment in a building,and then applying the realized energy prediction algorithm and energy demand decision-making algorithm,the building’s energy supply and demand strategy is obtained,thereby improving the building’s energy supply efficiency and economic benefits.The design and implementation of a building’s energy management system strictly followed the software development model at work.First,the requirements were analyzed,and then the overall design and detailed design were proposed based on the requirements.Finally,the system implementation was completed and related functions were tested.System development adopts Java’s three-tier architecture model for enterprise development,which improves the scalability of the system.The server side of the system uses the Spring Boot rapid development framework,which can be used with Spring MVC and Spring Data JPA to complete all server-side request functions.The front-end display uses the Boot Strap framework with consistent style and the page drawing tool Mx Graph,and the data storage mainly uses My SQL,which is open source database.The energy management system of a building completed the modeling of the energy supply relationship diagram of a building through the management of energy equipment and the management of the energy relationship topological diagram,and completed the prediction of the energy demand of a building by the prediction algorithm model through the management of the energy decision algorithm.The energy decision algorithm management module uses uploaded custom implementation algorithms and calculates with reference to the electricity price and equipment attribute information of a certain building to get the future energy supply strategy,which greatly improves the energy supply efficiency and economic benefits of the building.At present,this system has been used in a building,and the energy management personnel of a building have received good feedback.
