Research On Schedule Management Of Shenyang Metro ACC IT System Project

In the engineering and construction field, implementation of project management is very important to improvement of project quality, assurance of time limit for project and cost saving. Schedule management in engineering projects is one of main content in the area of project management knowledge. Project schedule management skill would lead the result of project. Application of scientific management methods in schedule management is still in primary stage, it is showed clearly that most domestic project in the schedule management is far from mature. Along with the deepening of reform and opening up, along with the introduction of foreign advanced management experience, scientific management mode and project management methodology, it would be bound to the rise in the level of domestic project management area.Project schedule management require that the project management team should develop schedule management plan for target, check the result in executing process, analyze the reason of warp, adjust the schedule plan in the whole project management process, so that the project could finished timely. Based on the mentioned thoughts above, this dissertation will make efforts in application of modern project schedule management theory and methods in video monitor system project and ensure that project objects are finished within in limited time. The dissertation discuss the schedule management process of Shenyang metro ACC IT system project in plan development and schedule control by using methods of combining theory and practice. This paper discuss the analysis and application of practice in the aspects of project planning, project implementation, project control, which is related to Shenyang metro ACC IT system project. Through the project implementation process, we used the project schedule management knowledge, developed schedule plan, traced the schedule, used various means, shorten the project period, and ensure the project was completed in the pre-established objectives. I hope this dissertation could provide some useful reference for the people who will implement the video monitor system projects in the future.
