Research On Barrier-Free Design For Aging Old Urban Residential Buildings

With the development and progress of economy and society,people’s income keeps rising and social life is becoming more and more modernized.However,in the new development period,how to deal with the problem of aging population is a problem and challenge facing the current social development.In the previous studies on the pension problem,most of them proposed solutions to the pension problem from the perspective of institutional pension and community pension from a top-down perspective.Many cities in China,however,this research focuses on China’s generally developed or less developed cities,through the Angle from the bottom up and study from the endowment of the indoor environment that occupy the home as a breakthrough point,through the design for the elderly a barrier-free interior endowment living space,combining theory and practice,from the Angle of methodology,discusses the optimal aging barrier-free design for the city.Taking Longdong Community of Tangshan City as an example,this paper studies the barrier-free design of the aging living space of the old urban residence.The first chapter clarifies the content of the research on the basis of the analysis of relevant concepts,and summarizes the domestic and foreign research status of the barrier-free design for the aging of urban old residential buildings through the review of literature,.The third chapter analyzes the requirements of barrier-free design for the old residential buildings in the city.The fifth chapter summarizes the barrier-free design of urban old residential buildings based on the analysis of the whole paper and puts forward the design principles.Finally,the paper summarizes the whole text and sorts out the research results.East village as a case study in tangshan,the paper analyzes the elderly in urban old residential function layout,make urban old housing optimal aging transformation which can retain the original also to meet the needs of modern function and comfort the elderly,for pension problem.Figure 33;Table 1;Reference 42...
