Study On Application Of Railway Project Quantity List Valuation Model

Domestic and foreign experts and scholars advise that the development of engineering quantity list valuation mode is allowed to offer an independent contractor and adapt to the market economy, the mode of valuation, through market competition to determine prices, in line with the international practice.Through research on the development status of domestic and international valuation mode and the development of the railway industry, this paper puts forward the question of the development of the railway industry and the relevant measures. Finally, taking the project owner to carry on the project construction investment management as an example, through the introduction of the project using the project quantity list valuation of investment management has achieved good effect. Therefore, it is suggested that the implementation and improvement of the bill of quantities and the system, and give full play to the role of market orientation in the bill of quantities, is the only way to the management of the railway project investment management, rationalization and standardization.
