Research On Port Logistics Competitiveness Evaluation Of A Port

After the reform and opening up,our country has developed very rapidly,resulting in a new development pattern takes the domestic and international "dual cycle" as the main strategy.The port as an important hub node connects domestic and international markets.It not only carries the functions of comprehensive transportation hub such as personnel flow and material transportation,but also plays the role of resource allocation platform.The formation of port processing,logistics services,financial services and other related factors cluster.Under the strategic background of the new development model,The Ministry of Transport requires the port logistics industry to take high-quality development as the theme.in various places and accelerated the construction of world-class ports,which will bring new opportunities to the port logistics industry.The capacity competition among ports is not limited to the competition of operation capacity and throughput scale.The port pays special attention to the radiation capacity of the hinterland,the capacity of resource agglomeration,and the potential for sustainable development.According to the changes of the times,we should carry out the evaluation of port logistics competitiveness,The development status and problems of port logistics should be observed from the perspective of new development,and the future of port logistics should be based on high-quality requirements.This article first introduces the research background and significance,and sorts out the relevant literature on port logistics competitiveness at home and abroad.Then the related theories of port logistics competitiveness are elaborated,and common evaluation methods are selected to compare and analyze port logistics competitiveness.On the basis of this,the entropy weight TOPSIS method is selected as the evaluation method of this paper,and the evaluation table is generated based on the TOPSIS entropy weight method.Then he identified the main factors affecting the competitiveness of port logistics,explained the basic principles for building an evaluation indicator system,and built a scientific and reasonable port logistics competitiveness assessment system accordingly.Then,taking Port A as the main research object,five ports of equivalent size,including Tianjin Port,Qingdao Port,Ningbo Zhoushan Port and Shenzhen Port,were selected from the three main coastal ports as reference research purposes,and the corresponding preliminary numbers from the indicators were collected and sorted.The experimental analysis in this paper adopts the TOPSIS entropy weight method.The analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of port A is carried out according to the evaluation results.It also provides relevant measures and suggestions for port A,hoping to help port logistics competitiveness.
