Research On The Communication Space Design Of Elementary And Secondary Schools Based On The Contemporary Education Concept

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the competition for talents has become increasingly fierce,and the comprehensive quality talents with innovative ability have become the most important resource in today’s era.The large demand for talents urges our country to educate more comprehensive and innovative talents suitable for the development of contemporary society through constantly improving the education system.Therefore,education has gradually become a basic project affecting the improvement of national strength.In the face of Chinese domestic conditions and the current situation of contemporary education,contemporary primary and secondary education mode is in the process of transformation to quality-oriented education and innovative education.The teaching behavior advocated by the new education concept is the communication and interaction between teachers and students and between students,and the creativity of students is stimulated in the process of interaction.The change of educational concept will inevitably lead to the change of school building space design ideas.As an important place for teacher-student interaction,communication space,such as its spatial form,scale and color,will affect the quality of communication behaviors between teachers and students.Diversified and dynamic communication space can help stimulate students’ creative thinking.Therefore,contemporary campus buildings need more flexible and open space forms to adapt to the educational concept of quality-oriented education and innovative,so as to meet the needs of educating comprehensive innovative talents.This paper will discuss and research the overall layout,indoor and outdoor details of school campus communication space,with the concept of education reforms as basis,through psychological and behavioral characteristics demand of primary and secondary school students to space and environment,combined with excellent domestic and international practical cases.This paper also summarize the impact that has been brought to the communication space of primary and secondary schools by the development of education system and education space with the innovation of education concept in different times domestically and internationally.On the basis of learning valuable experience of history and combining the concept of quality-oriented education and innovation education in China,this paper summarizes the current situation of the communication space of primary and secondary schools.This paper aimed to find out how to design a campus communication space that stimulates students’ creativity and create beautiful environment,also discuss how to exert the power of architecture to stimulate students’ positive behaviors while using the campus.As an architectural designer,we hope to bring the observation and results of this study to the future practice and bring more new changes to the primary and secondary school buildings.
