Against the background of the accelerated process of urban-rural integration,the construction of a new type of urbanization and the promotion of rural revitalization are urgent.In 2017,the pastoral complex was included in the No.1 document in the form of a vehicle to promote rural revitalization and comprehensive rural reform.Since the introduction of the policy,the construction of rural complexes has become a highly anticipated development direction for rural revitalization.At present,the construction of the rural complex in China is still in its infancy,and there is no perfect theoretical support system and construction development system.Many rural complexes have problems such as limited industrial chain extension,insufficient cultural excavation,and imperfect ecological construction.Therefore,scientific construction The research topics of the rural complex have become particularly important.In view of the above problems,the urban ruralism theory is proposed,and the following steps are used to explore the planning and design strategies and methods of the rural complex.First,the background of the research topic is explained,the purpose and significance of the research are clarified,and the research framework is scientifically established through the research on the relevant content of domestic and foreign literature.The research mainly uses the literature inductive research method,reads a large number of domestic and foreign documents,and deeply understands the concept of urban ruralism and related theories of pastoral complexes.The case analysis method is used to analyze the domestic and foreign rural complex cases.From the four pastoral complexes of Australian Hunter Valley Wine Region,American Blackberry Ranch,Wuxi Rural East,and Anhui Feixi"Guanting Linhai",they can summarize their respective lessons for reference.The advantage is to learn the practical methods of the rural complex.Secondly,through the model construction method,starting from the connotation of urban ruralism,explore and research the practical strategy of the rural complex to reduce the urban-rural gap and avoid urban-rural contradictions,with the primary industry as the core and sustainable development as the basic principle,and integrate into the regional culture Features,introduce new technology aesthetics,and encourage the public to participate in planning and operation.Based on the planning strategy of the rural complex under the guidance of urban ruralism,we further explored and obtained specific practical methods.In the end,the planning strategies and practical methods summarized above were applied to the planning and design of the Huaiwei Millennium Pastoral Complex in Yanhe Town,Qingjiangpu District,Huai’an,and the planning was guided by the five directions of industry,context,ecology,new technology aesthetics,and public participation.To verify the scientificity,applicability and rationality of theoretical guidance with practical projects.Empirical research shows that:(1)The rural complex guided by the theory of urban ruralism is more comprehensive,systematic and scientific from the above five aspects.(2)The pastoral complex under the guidance of urban ruralism takes characteristic industries as the core and relies on the primary industry to drive related processing and manufacturing industries and promote the tertiary industry.Form a circular industrial chain and drive the park economy.(3)Urban ruralism deeply explores the local culture of the site,inherits it,promotes it,integrates new cultures,and makes the cultural heritage more intense.(4)Promote the priority of ecological protection and advocate the harmonious coexistence of life,production and nature.Build production ecology,use production materials in multiple stages and recycle.Build an ecological green space,retain the original ecological community texture,renovate the silt of channels and rivers,and create a cyclically sustainable rural complex.(5)The aesthetics of new technologies is mainly reflected in the introduction of new technologies for urban agriculture and the establishment of smart greenhouses.Through the use of new technologies in urban agriculture,agricultural production technology will be improved and the layout of agricultural production will be optimized.The pastoral complex expands in new directions and models.(6)Emphasizing people-oriented,encouraging the public to participate in the planning and operation of rural complex.Establish a system of multiple participation methods,cultivate multiple participants and increase public participation enthusiasm.Enhance the sense of dependence and belonging to the land.Increase public participation and increase the vitality of the park.
