The Research On The Planning And Design Of Rural Complex On The Outskirts Of The City

With the development of industrialization and urbanization,more and m ore production factors are gathering in cities.Cities are getting bigger and bigger,and the problems made by cities are increasing day by day.At the same time,the development of rural lags far behind the city.Many rural issues need to be solved urgently.In order to solve various kind of urban problems,reduce the gap between urban and rural areas in China,and strengthen the construction of backward villages,the central government wrote the “rural complex” as a new model for rural development in the Central Document No.1 in February 5,2017.There has been an upsurge in the practice of rural complexes throughout the country.As practice continues,theoretical research has continued to deepen,rural complex planning and design has gradually demonstrated its distinctive approach and strategy.This is a very worthy exploration direction.First of all,this paper has a clear understanding of the concept of the rural complex and related theories,and makes a deep understanding of the development and planning of the domestic and foreign rural complex.It also deeply interprets the development status and planning design of rural complex at home and abroad.Secondly,through the study of the interpretation and case study,the supplement of the theoretical knowledge of the planning and design of the rural complex,this paper classifies the rural complex,and briefly summarizes the characteristics of the different modes of the rural complex.Furthermore,through the case analysis and research of the domestic and foreign rural complex and the relevant theoretical knowledge,this paper summarizes the principles of the planning and design of the rural complex,and summarizes the planning and design strategies of the functional zoning,functional organization,land use strategy and traffic streamline of the pastoral complex according to the general principles.Finally,this paper studies the architecture and environment of the rural complex in the suburb of the city.According to the industrial composition and functio nal layout of the rural complex,this paper divides the buildings of the rural complex into different types,and analyses and studies the architectural design of different types of rural complex,summarizes the general rule of the rural complex architectural design.Through the study of the planning and design of the rural complex in the suburbs of the city,this paper will play a guiding role in the planning and design of the future rural complex,and guide people to make the rural complex better.
