| Throughout the history of world industrial development,from the middle of the 18th century,the world has entered the first industrial revolution.The entire industry has undergone tremendous changes,from the original manual and animal power as the main production method to the mechanical and steam engine operation.Intelligent manufacturing refers to the integration of artificial intelligence technology into the manufacturing process,which is the most important content of the fourth industrial revolution.The intelligent production line is the true embodiment of the intelligent manufacturing concept in the production line.The production line refers to the combination of a group of equipment to complete a complex task through cooperation.Therefore,the research and development of intelligent production lines are of great significance to the realization of intelligent manufacturing.Based on this,the main research work of this paper we will do as follows:(1)Discussed the current "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025"put forward new demands on China’s manufacturing industry,and the challenges and opportunities that smart manufacturing faces on the new situation.Adopt the whole life cycle project management method to manage every stage after the smart production line is officially putinto operation.(2)For the intelligent production line of electronic brakes,the four aspects of production line design technology,production line economic analysis,product quality assurance and other feasibility are analyzed,and finally the overall function and overall of the electronic brake intelligent production line are analyzed.The overall research on the layout of the scheme was conducted.(3)On the basis of detailed design,the overall assembly process of the intelligent production line of electronic brakes was studied,and the necessary conditions and sequence of operations for the assembly standard operation of the intelligent production line were formulated.For the intelligent production line spring sheet and dust cover station of the electronic brake The assembly was designed.(4)Through the accumulation of a large amount of practical experience,the problems that occurred in the after-sales of the intelligent production line were analyzed and judged,and fault diagnosis methods,remote debugging,quick maintenance methods and remote debugging methods were adopted to solve these problems.This thesis combines theoretical knowledge and practical experience in industrial engineering,mechanical engineering,and information technology to systematically study the design manufacturing and service methods of electronic brake intelligent production lines.Through the design,manufacturing(assembly),and after-sales service stage work summary and case analysis the intelligent production line of electronic brakes has been systematically completed from scratch.The design,manufacture and service method of an electronic brake intelligent production line proposed in this paper can be used as a reference for the design,manufacture and service of other intelligent production lines. |
