| Intelligent Manufacturing and Intelligent Logistics are concerned by the current manufacturing industry.The association between intelligent equipment and dispatching system,real-time communication between equipment,and intelligent logistics equipment such as AGV,FRID,and automated stereoscopic warehouse can eliminate inefficient handling and premature handling in the traditional logistics process,and achieve end-to-end logistics improvement.As one of the important links in the logistics activities of enterprises,the automated stereoscopic warehouse will directly affect the logistics efficiency of enterprises.Therefore,in order to improve logistics efficiency and warehouse management level,more and more enterprises began to establish their own automated storage and retrieval system.This article takes the construction of the intelligent manufacturing factory of a Kitchen Appliance Enterprise as an example,explains the construction plan of the smart factory,and elaborates on the overall design of the automated stereoscopic warehouse.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the automation equipment and industrial internet,with PLM,MES,ERP,PDM and other information systems as the upper-level architecture,from the levels of operation control layer,site management,enterprise operation layer and collaborative business layer,the overall architecture of the manufacturing system was built.(2)The overall planning of the auto-stereoscopic warehouse was analyzed,and the technical route was designed.The main technical parameters of the key facilities of the stereoscopic warehouse were designed in detail,including determining the relevant parameters of the pallet unit and the size of the cargo unit,determining the quantity of the cargo and the layout of the shelves,and the pile,the type of machine and handling equipment,the connection mode between the working area and the three-dimensional warehouse area.(3)The automated simulation model was built by using Flexsim simulation software,and the operation status of the three-dimensional warehouse was simulated and analyzed.The design effect of the stereoscopic warehouse was analyzed and evaluated. |
