Entering the 21st century,the development of private enterprises in China is flourishing,and overcome the disadvantages such as relatively weak economic foundation and congenital defects,the number and scale of enterprises are gradually expanding,and have become a relatively active economic growth point in the national economy.The rapid development of China’s private enterprises has a critical impact on the sustainable and healthy development of China’s economy and society.Faced with the uncertainties of the external environment,the Chinese private companies in the rapidly developing at the same time,also need to appeal more attention on the multi-stakeholder,need to give full consideration to the social factors,environmental factors,cultural factors and so on,in order to create the brand value of many sided,comprehensive rather than narrow financial data as the main indexes.The systematic performance evaluation system and perfect performance evaluation results are not only used to reflect the enterprise’s operation and management level,but also the actual basis for enterprise managers to make operational decisions,and also a good tool to assist private enterprises to better realize self-supervision and self-management.Therefore,reasonable performance assessment results are a strong guarantee for the long-term development of private enterprises,and can also activate the vitality and creativity of private enterprises,so as to ensure the sustainable development of private enterprises.This paper takes zongshen Power,a private enterprise in the machinery manufacturing industry,as the main research object,and adopts the stakeholder theory,principal-agent theory,system evaluation theory and other basic theories,and designs a set of relatively perfect performance evaluation system based on the performance prism model.This article through to the basic situation and the current performance appraisal problems of zongshen power analysis,points out the shortcomings existing in the current performance appraisal,and on the basis of performance prism model design train of thought,from the stakeholder satisfaction,strategy,process,capacity,select the relevant stakeholders contribute five level index system,and USES the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to measure all levels index weight,At the same time,the scoring standards of quantitative and qualitative indicators are given,and the final evaluation conclusion can be obtained by substituting the indicators.The performance prism model organically combines the internal and external stakeholders and the development goals of the company,and organically combines the qualitative and quantitative indicators,which makes up the problem that the indicators of the original performance evaluation system can not be combined with each other independently.This paper applies the performance prism model to the private enterprises in the machinery manufacturing industry,which not only enrichis the basic theoretical research results in the field of performance evaluation,but also provides the necessary theoretical basis and reference for other companies to establish the performance prism model for performance evaluation.
