Axial piston pump is the core power component in aerospace,metallurgical ships,construction machinery and other fields.With the progress of science and technology,how to further reduce the flow pulsation of axial piston pump,increase the power to weight ratio,improve the force state has become one of the current research hotspots.Therefore,this paper proposes a new type of dual-row axial piston pump with balanced valve distribution and carries out relevant research,and through theoretical analysis and research,in order to reduce its flow pulsation,improve its flow stability,and then lays a theoretical foundation for the structural design and distribution characteristics analysis of dual-row axial piston pump with balanced valve distribution.The main research contents are as follows:(1)A balanced valve distribution double row axial piston pump is proposed,established the balanced valve with double row of transient flow mathematical model of the axial piston pump,analyzed the influence of different displacement Angle of flow pulsation,the plunger number and odd plunger on the influence law of flow pulsation,and puts forward some specific measures to reduce the flow pulsation,determine the optimal number of plunger and structure parameters,according to the theoretical analysis results,The structure design and selection calculation are carried out for the internal and external row plunger,internal and external swash plate and return plate and other key components,and the three-dimensional model of the pump is established.(2)The key parts are checked and analyzed,the finite element analysis model of the main parts is established,the strength of the main stressed parts is checked,and the stress and strain clouds are obtained.The modal shapes of the key components were analyzed,and the multimodal shapes were obtained,and the harmonic response was analyzed.The transient multiphase flow simulation model of inlet valve is established,and the periodic cavitation development law of inlet valve port of dual-row axial piston pump with balanced valve distribution is analyzed,which verifies the feasibility of the structure scheme.(3)Study on the flow characteristic,establishes the balanced valve with double row of axial piston pump AMESim valve with flow model,analyzed into liquid valve valve core displacement and instantaneous flow characteristics,the change law of pressure plunger cavity is studied,and the total capacity of the new pump pulse characteristics,explores the mechanism of plunger cavity flow superposition and the peak flow reduction method,Analyzes the new pump and high-speed on-off valve and mechanical hydraulic valve to collaborate with flow process,put forward the better high-speed on-off valve semi-active control strategy,on the basis of the plunger movement frequency,plunger cavity is studied in the dead zone volume,valve core,valve core pre-tightening force equivalent mass impact on flow characteristic parameters,such as,for the structure design of new pump and flow characteristic research laid a theoretical foundation.Figure[46]Table[9]Reference[65]...
