| Due to the rapid development of urbanization,the number and height of buildings are growing rapidly,the mode and concept of project management are constantly updated,and construction companies pay more and more attention to cost control.China’s high-rise buildings have reached about 300,000 buildings.Fire-fighting projects have become an important topic in determining the safety of buildings.The improvement of fire-fighting systems is also a very important part of relevant departments.Fire engineering construction is difficult,capital investment is large,and the engineering cycle is long.In the past cost management,too much energy was invested in the cost itself,ignoring the problems of construction period cost and capital cost.Therefore,construction companies need to ensure that the fire protection system of existing projects is perfected to meet actual needs,and also to obtain benefits in terms of revenue,which requires effective cost control.Project costs run through the entire life cycle of the project,including project decisions,project design,project construction,project acceptance,and maintenance.In fact,fire engineering is very cumbersome.It is difficult to construct,high in technical level,costly and long in construction period.The cost control of most engineering projects only saves the detailed cost,but it does not control the overall cost and capital cost.Therefore,how to carry out the cost control of fire engineering construction projects has become the focus of research.With reference to the control theory of the project cost and project management theory,SB-A-4fire protection system installation project of Shanghai Baoshan new town was analyzed in this text.For the research object,the cost control index system based on earned value method is constructed,and the project schedule deviation and cost deviation are analyzed and controlled respectively.Finally,the cost control execution effect is summarized and corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed for the current situation of cost control.The content of this paper mainly includes six parts: The first chapter is divided into introductions that includes research achievement about the conclusion and analysis of the relevant categories in China and abroad.The second chapter is the theoretical basis and introduces the cost management respectively.Theory and project cost control theory,focusing on the principles,processes and methods of cost control;Chapter 3,on the basis of analyzing the key elements of cost control.Chapter 4 mainly includes project cost composition analysis,the process monitoring of project cost analyse and how to manage project cost under the increment ways.Chapter 5 takes the fire protection system installation project of Baoshan new town SB-A-4,Shanghai.as an example,The cost control work before,during and after the construction was analyzed.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text and proposes the research prospect.The innovations that this article attempts to achieve:(1)for the field of fire engineering,combined with cost control to conduct a tentative study,hoping to provide new inspiration and methods;(2)based on earned value method Design the fire control project cost control process,and conduct case analysis to find out the shortcomings of cost control and timely find out the problem of deviation from the cost schedule,and provide reference for other similar projects in the industry. |
