Research On Government Supervision In The Construction Of Smart Airport Under The Background Of Big Data

With the advent of the information age led by the new generation of information technology revolution,conceptual changes have taken place in the way of social development and people’s living habits,which have also given new meanings to wisdom: smart community,smart city,smart earth This new development mode adapting to the information age also brings enlightenment to the development of civil aviation airport,and puts forward the feasible scheme for solving the operation problems of civil aviation airport.China’s civil aviation industry has always been one of the important strategic industries in China’s economic and social development.It has made outstanding contributions to the reform and opening up and the socialist modernization construction,and has broad prospects for development.Among them,the construction and development of civil aviation airport has achieved a historic leap in the past decade,the number of airports has continued to grow,and the level of airport construction has been significantly improved.However,from the overall point of view,the contradiction between the rapid growth of civil aviation transportation demand and the limited operation support resources of the airport is becoming increasingly prominent.In addition,the general requirements of passengers for intelligent service indicate that the future development of Civil Aviation Airport urgently needs to change its direction and can not continue to rely on physical expansion.Instead,it should change the operation management mode,make full use of advanced technologies such as big data,and We will strengthen the government’s regulatory functions,improve the overall airport security capacity and operational efficiency,and improve the whole process of high-level services.Based on the new public management theory,public security theory and government regulation theory,this paper studies the government supervision in the construction of smart airport.With the help of big data technology,China’s airports have actively explored safety management,operational efficiency,service optimization,and special information disposal.Although some achievements have been made,there are still some difficulties in the sustainable development of smart airports,which need to rely on government supervision to achieve top-down unified development.As one of the important hub airports in China,Shanghai Pudong International Airport is a typical case of smart airport construction based on big data technology.Through the in-depth analysis of the current situation of Pudong Airport supervision,it can be found that although the government’s supervision of Pudong Airport has undergone many reforms and adjustments,it has not been able to match the new operating environment in a timely manner.There are defects in the allocation of regulatory rights and data security protection,and there is a lack of unified and specific policy basis in the top-level design,which restricts the effective implementation of government supervision and Pudong progress of intelligent construction of East Airport.Through the analysis of the reasons for the dilemma of Pudong Airport government supervision,we can get the corresponding measures to improve the government supervision of smart airport in China.In the new situation of big data and other technological development,the Chinese government can take this opportunity to adopt more scientific and effective supervision methods to continuously improve the supervision ability and quality,so as to provide better government services,create a new situation for the development of civil aviation airport industry,and make contributions to the development strategy of "civil aviation power".
