With the high-quality economic development of our country,the expressway electromechanical industry is also making great progress.To ensure the smooth progress of the expressway electromechanical engineering work,the relevant personnel of the project must attach great importance to the importance of the preliminary bidding work of the project.Bidding business can not only directly determine the economic benefits obtained by highway engineering units,but also is closely related to the quality of highway engineering.In the project bidding business,risk management is an important part of the project bidding business.Due to the complexity of the highway electromechanical systems,the highway electromechanical engineering projects are mainly composed of toll collection,communication,monitoring,power supply and distribution in the tunnel,and fire the fighting systems.In such a complex and multi-system background,it is particularly important to improve the level of risk management in bidding and bidding for highway electromechanical engineering projects.This article applies risk management concepts,principles and methods to the bidding business of highway electromechanical engineering projects,and conducts in-depth analysis from the aspects of risk recognition,hazard evaluate,and optimization countermeasures.In the first place,by reading and learning the interrelated document on item hazard administration,consulting to the research findings of other researchers,using the brainstorming method and Delphi method in the process of risk identification to collect data related to the bidding risk of highway electromechanical projects,and summarize the risk factors.Then,build a scientific and effective risk assessment system based on the results of risk identification.According to the analytic hierarchy process combined with the related theories of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the risk factors of the highway electromechanical engineering project bidding are sorted by calculation,and fuzzy.The comprehensive evaluation method carries out the final risk analysis of the project risk factors.Thirdly,in view of the characteristics of the bidding risks of highway electromechanical projects,reasonable risk management optimization countermeasures are proposed,mainly from three aspects: process management risk countermeasures,contract risk countermeasures,and decision-making risk countermeasures,including the establishment of an expert review database to give full play to Expert professional advantages,strengthen contract management,improve the effectiveness of bidding management,strengthen the application of information software systems,and improve the business capabilities of the bidding team.The ultimate goal of this article is to optimize the process of risk management according to the characteristics of highway electromechanical project bidding,and to assist the senior staff of the enterprise and project bidders in the risk management of the project bidding process more scientifically and pertinently.So as to effectively prevent,reduce and avoid risks,and achieve better economic benefits.
