| Skilled talents play an important role in China’s talent team.The strategy of strengthening the country with talents requires strengthening the training of skilled talents.In the power industry,skilled personnel who work in the production line are usually skilled and experienced.They are the mobile knowledge base of enterprises and the backbone to ensure the safety of production and operation.Skilled personnel can also drive technological innovation in enterprises and help them to realize the transformation of technological achievements.In the digital era,the competition in the traditional power enterprise market is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to maintain stable development,power enterprises must adhere to the strategy of strengthening enterprises with talents and strengthen the construction of talent echelon within enterprises.Company HB being a provincial electric power enterprise,accounting for more than 50% of the total number of employees,the skilled personnel are the cornerstone of the company’s production and operation,have the closest contact with customer service.At the same time,skilled personnel is also to promote the company to achieve the strategic objectives of the key personnel.Therefore,improving the overall quality of skilled personnel is a company to enhance the core competitiveness of the key measures.On the basis of in-depth research on the competency model and training theories,this paper comprehensively uses the methods of questionnaire survey,and deeply excavates the current problems and causes of the training system of skilled personnel in a company,then it studies the optimization of the training system of a company’s skilled personnel.Firstly,this paper uses the method of literature analysis to explain the human resource theories such as post competency and training;Secondly,by using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of skilled personnel training system,finds that company HB has relevant problems in training content,resources and cognition,and found that the reason for the problem is that the current curriculum system and evaluation system is not based on the competency model of skilled personnel,and the existing training operation flow is not smooth enough.Thirdly,this paper uses behavioral event interview and other methods to construct the competency model of skilled personnel,and on the basis of this,puts forward the strategy of optimizing the training system of skilled personnel,this paper puts forward the implementation plan,the implementation key points and the implementation guarantee.The research results of this paper have strong operability,replicability and popularization,can effectively help company HB solve the relevant problems existing in the current skilled personnel training system,and will also be applied to the skilled personnel training practice of company HB.In addition,this paper can also provide a set of effective,fully referential and practical implementation scheme for the construction and optimization of skilled personnel training system in other provincial power enterprises. |
