| With the development and changes of the economic situation at home and abroad,the importance of human resources has become increasingly prominent for the development of enterprises.Carrying out efficient and orderly training activities is conducive to the company’s long-term development strategy.In recent years,the country’s supply-side structural reforms have been further deepened,and the operation and management of power supply companies will face unprecedented challenges.At the same time,our country’s smart power grid has developed rapidly,and the power system has reached the world’s advanced level,which puts forward higher requirements for the overall quality of power employees.A group of high-quality regulatory and operating personnel,who control and operate the power grid operation,play a vital role in the safe operation of the power grid.This thesis studies the training system for regulatory and operating personnel of J Power Supply Company,compares the research status domestic and abroad and the concept of employee training and related theories through literature research,laying a solid theoretical foundation for this research.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews to investigate the company’s existing training system for regulatory and operating personnel,we found that the training management system was not in place,demand analysis was not in place,plan formulation was unreasonable,effectiveness evaluation was not carried out effectively,the quality of course content was not high and the format was single,and weak internal lecturers and other issues.Then this thesis analyzes the underlying cause,and formulate detailed optimization measures from the four aspects,including training management system,process system,curriculum system,and lecturer system.Finally,this thesis formulates safeguard measures in three aspects: establishing an incentive and restraint mechanism,strengthening employee career management,and building a learning team.This thesis optimizes the training system of regulatory and operation personnel of J Power Supply Company to make the training system more in line with the needs of power supply enterprises and the rapid development of the power grid,which can improves the training quality and efficiency of regulation and operation personnel effectively.At the same time,it can provide a reference for the training of regulatory and operation personnel of other power supply companies. |
