| In recent years,the human automobile industry is in the midst of historical changes,China has become a global and the competition between new energy enterprises is,in the final analysis,the competition for R&D talents.Salary incentive is the most important means of talent competition,reasonable salary management can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of scientific researchers,stimulate the innovation ability of individual employees,stabilize the work team of scientific researchers,and steadily improve the level of scientific and technological innovation of enterprises.The research on the salary system of R&D personnel is,on the one hand,to provide more theoretical basis for ensuring the continuous improvement of R&D innovation capabilities,and on the other hand,it is the objective demand of domestic enterprises to pursue high-quality development.Based on the relevant concepts and theories of the remuneration system,this paper uses research methods such as literature reading,questionnaires,and symposiums,and takes the departments and teams of the R&D center of Company J as the research objects.Secondly,according to the concept of salary system,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the salary system of Company J,and finally the problems and reasons of the salary system of R&D personnel of Company J were analyzed,and corresponding optimization plans were proposed one by one,including:combined with the company’s strategic analysis and strategic objectives,the corresponding salary strategy was proposed,and the optimization ideas of the salary system of Company J researchers were sorted out;From the aspects of adjusting the salary strategy,establishing the ability salary plan,adjusting the salary composition,adjusting the bonus,and reshaping the salary adjustment mechanism,formulate a salary system optimization plan that matches the development of Company J;In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the salary system optimization plan,safeguard measures such as concept,culture,and human resources have been formulated.The purpose of this study is to explore a salary system model for R&D personnel suitable for the development status of Company J,apply the salary theory to the problems faced by Company J through the optimization and reshaping of the salary system,standardize the salary system of Company J’s R&D personnel,solve the company’s current salary system problems,and finally improve the organizational efficiency of R&D personnel management,in order to provide some support for Company J to achieve the talent goal of "352 Talent Project" and provide reference for other enterprises. |
