| To fulfill corporate social responsibility(CSR)actively helps enterprise to improve the social image,meet the expectations of the public and improve the long-term performance of the organization.It has been practiced by many enterprises and has become a general consensus.With the increasing number of aviation flights these years,X Air Traffic Management Bureau,which provides the function of air traffic management,has gradually exposed various problems,such as unsafe events,concealment events,rising turnover rate,personnel fatigue and so on.Although X Air Traffic Management Bureau has taken some measures,the effect is not obvious.Employees’ Counterproductive Work Behaviors are becoming more obvious.Taking X Air Traffic Management Bureau as the research object,this thesis explores the problems and the causes in its development process,and puts forward practical specific suggestions from the theoretical perspective of fulfilling social responsibility,in order to help X Air Traffic Management Bureau to promote the improvement of various work and realize the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development through the full performance of social responsibility.Based on CSR theory,stakeholder theory,and the research on perceived CSR of employees’,this thesis focuses on the present situation of X Air Traffic Management Bureau from the perspective of CSR by using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview.Through questionnaires to 210 employees,interviews with senior supervisors and managers,and interviews with external stakeholders,this thesis investigates the CSR problems and their causes of X Air Traffic Management Bureau.This thesis finds that X Air Traffic Management Bureau has the following main problems in fulfilling its social responsibilities: Within the bureau,overtime work is common,some overtime work is not compensated,employees feel disrespected,pay insufficient attention to employees’ physical and mental health,lack of internal communication channels,lack of integrity culture,and improper handling of counterproductive work behavior(CWB)lead to a vicious circle.Outside the bureau,the analysis of the causes of unsafe events is not systematic and comprehensive,the willing of improving efficiency is insufficient,there is no communication channel with external stakeholders,and no environment related policies.For the problems and the causes found,this thesis puts forward the following suggestions: Integrate CSR into the development strategy of X Air Traffic Management Bureau,establish the organizational structure and regulation system of CSR,comprehensively improve CSR cognition and awareness,and establish communication channels and mechanisms.The relevant research has certain reference and guiding significance for the social responsibility practice of the same type of institutions. |
