Renovation Of Homestay In Tourist City Based On Ecological Adaptability Theory

With the support and improvement of China ’ s homestay development at the policy level,the rapid development of experience-based homestay has been promoted.As a space carrier to promote the development of urban tourism,homestay has increased the level of local economic development to a certain extent,activated the urban idle resources,and realized the maximum significance of homestay.The innovative development of design focuses on how to transform the tourist city accommodation with ecological adaptability.Through the planning and guidance of government policies,based on local tourism resources,relying on the unique natural ecology,cultural ecology,social ecology and landscape ecology of tourism cities,existing resources are optimized and integrated to provide accommodation and catering services for consumers to enjoy leisure vacations,travel and experience local culture.As one of the important tourist cities,Zhangjiajie develops residential quarters in the tourism environment.Its value is of great significance to promote Zhangjiajie to build a tourist city residential complex with folk customs,cultural heritage,tourism,leisure and entertainment.In this paper,the transformation of residential quarters in tourist cities refers to the transformation and renewal of the idle old buildings in Wuzipo District of Zhangjiajie,a tourist city.Under the minimum intervention in the original base environment,the adaptive reuse of the old buildings is analyzed,so that the transformed building space is related to and adapted to the surrounding sites and geographical environment.Through the research and analysis of relevant excellent homestay cases from the perspective of ecological adaptability,the experience of ecological adaptability in homestay renovation is summarized.Combined with the development of Zhangjiajie homestay and the status quo of Zhangjiajie Wuzipo project,the project transformation scheme is explored,so as to carry out specific transformation design of homestay in the way of ecological adaptability.Make the site to retain the original building function under the premise of creating new functional sites.Combined with the local regional characteristics,the architectural elements are summarized as "courtyard","corridor" and "top",and the transformation design of homestay is completed through modern construction techniques.Finally,it summarizes the adaptation relationship between the transformation of residential accommodation and geographical location,natural environment,tourism resources,sites,surrounding landscape,regional culture,building materials and other resources.And carries on the main conclusion summary as well as to this design reflection and prospect.
