Research On The Regional Factors Of Green Buildings In Yunnan Areas

Regionality is one of the basic attributes of architecture.In today’s world,under the background of the rapid spread of globalization,new technologies and new materials have been rapidly developed,but at the same time,it has also created an increasing cultural convergence and the disappearance of architectural features.In recent years,regional ideas have gradually returned to people’s sight,and have gradually developed into one of the mainstream ideas in today’s architectural circles.China is a vast country with a large number of ethnic groups,and the natural environment,regional culture and human customs of each region are very different.In the various stages of architectural development,regionalism has in fact always been interdependent with architecture.However,although the current Green Building Evaluation Standards in China include a number of standards and regulations that are generally applicable to the whole country,there are many quantitative evaluation provisions on a more technical level,but there is little mention of the regional aspects of green buildings.The reason for this problem is that,firstly,there is no clear evaluation index because the evaluation of regional factors is rather vague due to the wide range of aspects involved;secondly,there is a lack of more systematic and in-depth research on regional factors in the green building evaluation system,which is also the reason for the relative lack of regional factors in the existing evaluation system.After analyzing and exploring the different green building evaluation standard systems around the world and the existing green building development background,this theme summarizes and concludes that locality has in fact been following the development of the times and growing.Through a comparative analysis of the national Green Building Evaluation Standard GB/T50378-2019 and the standards of various provinces and cities in southwest China,elements related to locality are extracted and combined with actual cases to summarise and supplement the analysis,and suggestions for regional optimization of green building evaluation standards in Yunnan,China are given.
