In the past the society in the process of economic development, people tend to focus on the improvement of living standards, economic increase rate,lack of attention to energy shortage and environmental deterioration,sustainable development, leading to the destruction of the ecological environment, excessive consumption of resources, air pollution, energy crisis and other serious consequences, hindered the process of people's pursuit of a happy life. The concept of green building gradually into people's sight, energy and material saving, high efficiency, environmental protection has gradually become a green building label, people gradually support the development concept of green building, the building can not only give users a better experience, but also to the construction units and construction units to increase profits, create management benefit more. In order to develop the progress of the industry,and the development of green building standards and requirements more stringent, the world of green building evaluation system itself was studied to indicate the direction of development of green building.In order to realize the green building, need to adopt project management means and effective method,therefore, the project management level is essential for the implementation of green building, the life cycle characteristics of green building itself, the basic theory of traditional project management can not meet the requirements of green building evaluation, however, the industry did not evaluate the system of green building project management, not very good for the overall evaluation of the level of management, hindered the development of the progress of the industry, this paper further explores the evaluation system of green building project management.Starting from the management of the life cycle of green building, combined with the correlation analysis in the process of management, build the evaluation system of green building project management index for these six types of indicators, economic indicators,controllable management level and technical level of energy control indicators,resource regulation indicators, environmental impact indicators, using AHP the problem of qualitative quantitative conversion, and determine the weight of each factor, then compute the total score of green building project management level, so as to determine the overall green building project management level.The exploration and application of green building project management evaluation system, to get the project of green building evaluation results, the overall level of project management can reflect project quality, continuous improvement of management improvement promoted.The assessment system of green building project management is presented, which combined with the actual situation in the process of project management, in-depth exploration of the evaluation factors, can dynamically adjust the management process,according to the evaluation results for the weak point in the management process, to improve the project management in the future in the process of promoting the industry management level upgrade.
