| Since the 21 st century,China’s urban population has increased dramatically,the urbanization rate has been rising linearly,urban transportation and housing problems are becoming increasingly serious,and the development of transit-oriented TOD(Transit-Oriented Development)is seen by the national government and architectural planners as a necessary means to solve urban transportation problems and improve the quality of urban life.As the capital of Hunan Province and the new first-tier city in China,Changsha has a strong demand for TOD construction as its metro passenger volume is among the top in the country.However,due to the lack of local standards and design guidance,Tod residence construction in Changsha can only be explored by imitating the similar projects of other cities at home and abroad,and often faces the problems of mismatching regional characteristics and poor landing effect.In the period of high-speed development of Changsha’s rail transit construction,from the perspective of architecture and environmental design,the design of “station— residence” connecting space is used to explore the development trend and design strategy of TOD residence led by residential space.This study will help to fill the theoretical shortcomings and solve the practical problems of Changsha’s regional TOD,and promote the close integration of Changsha Metro construction and urban residential space optimization in the future.Therefore,this study focuses on the“Station—Residence” linkage space design ontology,based on TOD residence related theoretical research,through network sorting,layered classification field research,the classic case comparison and equivalence research method identify the problems in the design of the linkage space of “Station — Residence” of TOD residential project in Changsha.Based on the problem-oriented,the thesis studies the three key design elements of land planning,vehicle system and walking system in the design of linkage space,and introduces the integrated design principles of comprehensive development and obtains several regional and targeted design elements.In terms of land planning,this study puts forward strategies for function selection and function location.In the aspect of vehicle system,this study puts forward strategies for traffic integration,traffic connection and parking management.In terms of walking system,this study puts forward strategies for the optimization of moving line and space experience.Finally,through the practical project design,the overall framework of the thesis is improved and the feasibility of the strategy is verified.The design of “Station—Residence” linkage space is related to the landing effect of TOD residence.On the one hand,this thesis is complementary to the regional TOD theoretical research in Changsha,on the other hand,it can produce practical guiding significance for the design practice of TOD residential projects in Changsha. |
