Outdoor Public Space Ageing Adaptation In Old Neighborhoods Under The Association Of Perception And Behavior Design Study

In recent years,the aging problem of China’s population has become increasingly serious,while communities have gradually become an important carrier for alleviating the needs of the elderly and carrying out aging-appropriate services,which makes the old neighborhoods in cities face a more urgent and heavier demand for aging-appropriate construction,and coupled with the increasing national attention to the life of the elderly and the construction of a livable urban environment,the aging-appropriate enhancement of outdoor public spaces in old neighborhoods needs to be urgently addressed.At present,the research on the aging of outdoor public spaces in old neighborhoods is progressing rapidly from the perspectives of physical space,behavioral characteristics of the elderly,physiological characteristics of the elderly,and psychological characteristics of the elderly,but there is a lack of research perspectives on the perception and behavior correlation of the elderly group.Therefore,this thesis introduces the perspective of perception and behavior correlation,and researches the aging quality of the physical environment of outdoor public spaces in old neighborhoods from the correlation perspective,with a view to enriching and developing Therefore,this thesis introduces a perception-behavior correlation perspective to study the aging-appropriate quality of outdoor public space in old neighborhoods from the perspective of correlation,with a view to enriching and developing the theoretical research on aging-appropriate outdoor public space in old neighborhoods,and giving a certain impetus to the aging-appropriate renovation of old neighborhoods in China.Based on the above background,this thesis takes the outdoor public space in old neighborhoods as the research object from the perspective of architecture,takes the perception and behavior needs of the elderly in old neighborhoods as the entry point,and takes the three dimensions of "space-perception-behavior" as the research dimension,and completes the The following studies have been completed:Ⅰ.Theory and evaluation index research.This thesis summarizes the status of theoretical research on aging,perception and behavior of outdoor public space in old neighborhoods at home and abroad,and compares the evaluation indexes of outdoor public space in old neighborhoods at home and abroad,selects the indexes with high frequency as reference,and selects 23 outdoor public space perception indexes in old neighborhoods from four aspects: characteristics of road traffic elements,characteristics of spatial form elements,characteristics of landscape and greenery elements and characteristics of equipment and facilities elements.Outdoor public space perception indicators,built the outdoor public space perception observation indicators of old neighborhoods for the elderly.Ⅱ.Field survey research.This paper adopts field survey,questionnaire interview,behavior observation and other behavioral research methods to investigate 24 spatially selected points in eight old neighborhoods in Jinan,and summarize the existing problems from four aspects: road traffic element characteristics,spatial morphology element characteristics,landscape greening element characteristics and equipment and facility element characteristics.Ⅲ.Function model analysis and design strategy research.In this thesis,the evaluation indexes of high concern and low concern spatial perception of the elderly were obtained through three-dimensional composite evaluation,and the data of high and low concern perception indexes of the elderly and the behavioral activities of the elderly were input into SPSS for correlation analysis and curve estimation regression analysis,and with the help of statistical analysis function model,the design interval with "positive promotion" effect on the psychological perception and behavioral activities of the elderly was determined."The design interval and ideal design interval with positive influence on the psychological perception and behavioral activities of the elderly are determined with the help of statistical analysis function model,and then the aging-friendly design strategies of creating safe and friendly road traffic,creating shared and diversified space form,creating healthy and interactive landscape and greenery,and improving systematic and intelligent equipment and facilities are proposed.Ⅳ.Case design study.Zhangqiu Dongshan Garden in Jinan City was selected as the study area for practical design,integrating the aging-friendly design strategies for outdoor public spaces in old neighborhoods and exploring the aging-friendly renovation methods for outdoor public spaces in old neighborhoods under the association of perception and behavior.
