In the construction process of modern smart grid,smart substation occupies the core position.During the construction of smart substations,through the application of automation and intelligent technology and equipment,the transformation of substation commissioning,operation and maintenance,and maintenance work has been promoted,and improve the level of substation management and control.Among them,relay protection equipment is the brain center and immune system of substation operation and maintenance.The application of relay protection intelligent operation and maintenance technology will effectively improve the monitoring reliability and defect elimination efficiency of relay protection equipment,and reduce the work intensity of substation operation and maintenance staff.This is of great significance for ensuring the efficient operation of smart substations.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out on-line monitoring and analysis for the relay protection equipment in substations in this paper.Aiming at the problems of inconvenient access to system description files,complex equipment relationships,and cumbersome and strict operation and maintenance procedures in the operation and maintenance of relay protection in smart substations,this paper designs and builds an online monitoring system for relay protection in smart substations.In the design process of the system,the research focuses on the software architecture,logic structure and the development of the whole system function.And by integrating the actual situation of the project such as the operation mode and network architecture of the example smart substation,the online monitoring system of the relay protection of the smart substation is constructed based on the network establishment,hardware configuration,technical indicators,technical requirements,function realization and other aspects.Based on the analysis of a large number of relay protection equipment SV,GOOSE,MMS and other message data and equipment fault characteristics,the main contributions of this paper can be summarized as follows:1.In view of the current situation that the device configuration description file of the smart substation cannot be operated and maintained online,this paper presents the real-time data of the device configuration description file in the form of virtual terminals and data streams in the system human-computer interaction through a large amount of data research and the application of dynamic visualization technology,solving the problems of cumbersome information and inconvenient access.2.In view of the current situation that the status of the relay protection equipment and the status of the secondary circuit in the current smart substation cannot be monitored in real time,this paper builds an online monitoring system for data collection,analysis and equipment association,combined with the results visualized above and intelligent data management technology,to achieve the function of monitoring alarm and fault point viewing of equipment and secondary circuits,and automatically organize data information and automatically generate reports for system failures,solving the dilemma that the current secondary equipment operation and maintenance data is blocked in the "black box" and the information display is incomplete.3.Through the research on the maintenance technology and safety measures requirements of smart substations,this paper generates an expert database of safety measures for the secondary equipment of intelligent substations.Combined with data analysis and comparison technology and Internet of Things thinking,the functions of safety measures preview and online verification are realized.It solves the problem that the current work measures of the secondary equipment in the smart substation are all implemented manually,and there is no effective monitoring and auxiliary verification.Finally,through the actual system construction and system application discussion,this paper analyzes and verifies the above-mentioned technologies.The results show that the system successfully realizes the visual online monitoring of the whole station network link,secondary virtual circuit and equipment operating conditions of the intelligent substation.At the same time,it provides a reliable decision-making basis for the daily operation and maintenance,abnormal handling and power grid accident analysis of the secondary system of the entire smart substation,providing effective support for the correctness verification of work measures.It is of great value to ensure the efficient and stable operation of smart substations.
